Return & Exchange Policy

At Lumiere, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fashion products, we maintain the following Return & Exchange Policy:

1 Inspection at Delivery

• Customers are strongly advised to check the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel.

• Any visible damage, wrong item, or size issue should be reported immediately.

2 Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only (no cash refund), under the following conditions:

• Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

• The product must not have any stains, perfume smell, damage, or alterations.

Lumiere reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the exchange.

3 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Products returned without original packaging and tags

• Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

4 Exchange Process

• Customers must contact Lumiere via official support number (01805-527004) or official page to initiate an exchange request.

• After approval, customers will be instructed regarding the return process.

• Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched.

5 Delivery Charges for Exchange

• If the exchange is due to customer preference (size change, color preference, etc.), delivery charges for both return and re-delivery must be borne by the customer.

• If the exchange is due to Lumiere’s error (wrong product, defective item), Lumiere will bear the exchange delivery cost.

6 Refund Policy

Currently, Lumiere does not offer monetary refunds.

Only product exchange is applicable under the above conditions.
